Massage Therapies

Bliss Sports Therapy - This therapeutic sports massage is a type of massage technique that focuses on treating soft tissue aches, pain and injuries that are associated with recreational activities. This massage can reduce muscle stiffness and improve relaxation by reducing heart rate and blood pressure. A hot towel is used after this therapy for total relaxation.

Pacific Bliss Signature Ritual - Have a treat of mind, body and spirit. A blend of warm exotic oils infused with therapeutic essential oils help to restore balance to the mind and body while moisturizing and replenishing the skin with much needed nutrients. Hot Stone Therapy - Melt away tension with this deeply relaxing massage. Using gently heated hot basalt stones, your massage is a combination of warmth and expert hands to deeply relax and provide a sense of calm and well-being.

Tropical Manna Rituals - A beautiful ritual beginning with a foot pamper followed by a scalp and shoulder massage. A full body pregnancy massage will help you to relax and reduce stress whilst treating the common discomforts of pregnancy. Nourishing warm oils improve skins elasticity, hydrate and nourish the skin. A Hot towel is used at the end of this massage to complete this ritual.

Traditional Indian Head Massage therapy - Indian Head Massage is an ancient Ayurvedic healing system as the head holds many pressure points relating to the rest of the body and particularly to the emotional centers in the brain. Indian Head Massage is particularly effective for emotional/mental stress. Hand and Foot Treatments

Tropical Pedicure - Soak your feet in a warm coconut milk bath and indulge with a foot scrub. Your feet and lower legs are massaged with exotic warm oil followed by a hot stone massage on your feet before a rich mask is applied and feet are wrapped with a warm towel to soften the skin. Finish with your choice of OPI nail varnish or Shellac

Threading
